Project Management
End-to-end project management execution — from risk assessment and business case evaluation through structured planning to final delivery. Triangle Commissioning leads commercial, product development, and research projects with disciplined cost and budget control, contract management, and close stakeholder engagement, keeping teams aligned around clear objectives for successful outcomes and high customer satisfaction.
Construction Management
On-site supervision and cross-discipline coordination from mobilization through mechanical completion. Triangle Commissioning enforces RAMS, PTW, drives QA/QC and defects closing, and controls cost, schedule, and site logistics — keeping contractors, engineers, and operators aligned so every phase is delivered safely, on budget, and fully documented for handover to commissioning.
Commissioning Management
Structured commissioning management from strategy and levels 1–5 scheduling through system walkdowns, HAZOP/SIL process safety, and test and validation. Triangle Commissioning coordinates internal commissioning teams and sub-suppliers, manages the interface with customer operations and contractors, and delivers operator training — ensuring a safe, fully validated, and well-documented handover to operations.
